Please indicate your preferred flights on the registration page. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences and will reach out if these flights are unavailable or fall outside of policy.

Please plan your flight to arrive by 5:00 PM on Friday and depart after 6:30 PM on Saturday. If you are unable to arrive or depart at the desired times due to flight availability, Dianthus will cover an additional night.

Hotel Reservations

Your Room at Conrad Orlando

Hotel reservations will be made for the night of Friday, November 20.

You will be required to present a valid credit card and photo ID upon check-in. Please note an amount equal to one night's stay may be charged to your card for incidentals only and will be released within 2–3 business days after checkout.

If you’d like to extend your stay to enjoy Orlando, we will be happy to make those arrangements, which will be charged to your personal card. Our group rate is our rate of $389 + 12.5% tax ($437.62 per night), based on availability. The $50 daily resort fee is waived.

Ground Transportation

Airport Transfers

Stellar Meetings & Events will arrange your ground transportation to and from Orlando Airport (MCO), and will email you full details prior to your departure to Orlando.
